Practice Yoga with Natalie

A yoga class with me, Natalie, is a gentle way to move and stretch the body, calm and quiet the mind, and slow and deepen the breath.

A yoga class with me is helpful for relieving sore backs, stiff joints, recovering after injury or surgery, reducing stress and improving general strength, flexibility and movement.

Classes at my Taigum (Qld) studio are small with a maximum of 8 people.
The weekly classes are a gentle/therapeutic Hatha style of yoga.
I also offer longer restorative and yin classes, mini day retreats and themed workshops mid-week and weekends.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and look forward to sharing my passion for yoga with you.




All classes are suitable for injuries and illness, as options are provided for the postures to suit each participant's abilities on the day.
